A summary of our procedure

We would be glad to work with you. There are two ways to initiate the process of working with us on your projects.

Either (i) complete a project inquiry form here on our site and we will contact you as soon as possible for further discussions and actions, or (ii) call us directly to discuss your project requirements.

We have a simplified four-stage  procedure that does not take resources, attention or time away from actual project implementation activities.

Stage #1 : Preliminary project discussions
We hold preliminary discussions with clients to clarify the nature and scope of a project. This stage usually ends with an agreement in principle to proceed with a project.  

Stage #2: Preparation of project implementation document (PID)
Preparation of the project implementation document. This PID constitutes all of the agreement for the project. The cost of preparing the PID is part of the project costs.

Stage #3: Project implementation
We engage project team members to implement all activities specified in the PID, following the procedure and guideline specified in the PID.

Stage #4: Debriefing
A final debriefing to the satisfaction of a client following the specifications in the PID.

We have expertise in designing community health care and implementing demographic and health studies for monitoring & evaluation of population health and family planning programmes.

Education Development

 

We conduct studies that guide policy formulation, institutional development, management, quality improvement and monitoring & evaluation of education programmes.

Youth and Women Development

 

We provide research and management services in support of youth development and women's empowerment programmes in African countries.
