Development Management

We provide technical assistance to governments, donors and development agencies in the areas of developing policies and programme implementation models in various sectors in different African countries and communities.

Policy development
We provide technical assistance to national and sub-national governments to develop or refine policies in specific sectors such as health, education, youth development, women's empowerment, good governance, institutional/organizational development and community economic growth.

Programme implementation
We offer direct assistance to local and international organization for the implementation of specific development projects. We provide technical services that facilitate favorable  social/community environment for successful implementation of development programmes especially at sub-national levels. The following are examples of areas that our development management team can work with clients in different African countries:

- Poverty alleviation programmes at the community level.

- Women’s empowerment programmes in rural and urban areas.
- Education improvement programmes.
- Entrepreneurship programmes for the youth in rural and urban communities.
